Records We Maintain

Modern Classrooms Project (MCP) collects and maintains the following information in connection with learning events:

  • Learner name and contact information
  • Enrollment and completion status
  • Copy of coursework and survey responses
  • Graduate credit and other state professional development credits awarded upon completion of the learning event

Records are maintained securely and protected from unauthorized access or disclosure. MCP does not sell learner records or share them with unauthorized third parties. MCP maintains reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect learner records.

Release of Records

MCP will release learner records only under the following conditions:

  1. Learner request — the learner submits a written request authorizing release.
  2. Sponsoring employer — where a learner’s enrollment is paid for directly by their school or employer, MCP may share enrollment and completion records with that organization.
  3. Legal requirement — release is required by law.

Learners will be notified at enrollment if their records may be shared with a sponsoring employer.

Requesting Your Records

Learners may request access to or a copy of their records at any time by contacting [email protected]. MCP will respond to requests within 30 days.
